Rider Interface

Riders who subscribe to TransitTalk will be prompted to input their daily commute and contact information. This information will be used by the system to identify which riders are targeted by your notifications and how to contact them:

Contact Information: Riders can input up to six email addresses or mobile phone numbers for notification delivery (via email and/or text messages).

Time of Travel:Riders designate the time(s) they commute and will only receive notifications valid in those timeframes. Riders also choose which email address(es) and/or mobile phone number(s) to use during specific timeframes.

Route:Riders specify which route(s) they travel, and they will only receive notifications that pertain to those route(s)
